Limited Hardware Warranty

  1. Warranty Period

This warranty covers the hardware component for a period of one hundred (180) days from the original date of purchase.

  1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware component under normal use and service.
Additional warranty can be obtained through the manufacturer, vSee Media Technology Co., Ltd.

  1. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or humidity.
Improper installation or maintenance.
Acts of God, such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
This warranty does not cover free accessories, if any, which were included with a streaming device.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
We may request that you return the defective hardware component for inspection and repair or replacement.
Shipping costs for returning defective hardware may be the responsibility of the customer.
